Check out that ASMR-style behind-the-scenes look inside the Dogtooth Tactical facility. We think precision injection molding has a pretty satisfying soundtrack…but maybe we’ve just been standing next to the machines for too long.
Our state-of-the-art electric injection molding machines run with a clean, consistent rhythm: automated robotic part removal means every cycle sounds exactly like the last one, because every cycle is exactly like the last one. You can literally hear the consistency in our process, achieving tight tolerances and repeatable results like a metronome.

After the mold, things get a little more hands-on. Every magazine is carefully made in our Russells Point, Ohio facility, with each component carefully seated and every unit inspected for function before it ships.
For our UV-printed designs, the hum of our high-end UV printing system adds another layer to the soundtrack. We apply custom graphics with a proprietary bonding process that locks the ink to the magazine body for good, all tackled here in-house.
Making Music at the Range
The sound of flawless feeding and consistent cycling round after round is even more satisfying than the machines that make it possible. The video doesn’t even do it justice. You need to feel the vibration, hear the metallic snap in person to really grasp the quality of Dogtooth extended mags.
