Dogtooth Tactical–an idea from a simple conversation
Dogtooth Tactical started out as a conversation. One of our owners, a retired Air Force veteran, had been discussing with a business partner the impracticality of and terrible performance of AR-15 magazines available on the market at the time. When they realized that none of the current magazines had the performance or durability that they were looking for, they decided to take matters into their own hands.
Over 18 months of research and development later, Dogtooth’s 50-round mag became a reality, and so did the company. The pair went on to create Dogtooth Tactical, a company dedicated to providing fellow gun enthusiasts with AR-15 magazines that actually perform to the level that they’re looking for. Today, Dogtooth Tactical features several customized, multi-caliber AR-15 mags, several accessories, and further products in development.
